When you sign more than your plan includes
On a paid plan, completed cases above the monthly allowance are charged per case. The price per case is set for each plan and published together with the plan prices; there are no minimums or setup fees on top.
The free plan stops at five completed cases a month. Your integration then gets a clear quota error instead of a surprise invoice, and you can move to a paid plan at any time.

What counts as a case?
One document signed by one or more participants. It counts once, when it is completed: everyone has signed and the sealed PDF is ready. Cases that expire, fail or that you cancel are free.
Do the people who sign need an account?
No. Each participant opens a personal link on their phone or computer, or signs in person at your counter. Nothing to install.
Which signature level do I get?
A simple electronic signature (eIDAS article 25) with strong cryptographic evidence: a PAdES signature per participant with a certificate that names them, an RFC 3161 timestamp, the TrustInk seal and a sealed evidence summary. Advanced and qualified signatures are planned.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on AWS in Ireland (eu-west-1). Our trust page lists every sub-processor and how long documents are kept.
When will the paid prices be announced?
We are setting them with our first customers. If you need a quote now, contact us and tell us your monthly volume.
Can I start on the free plan and upgrade later?
Yes. Your cases, API clients and settings stay as they are when you change plans.
